District Letter regarding the Flu to Parents

Howlabration Award Ceremony is this week!

Please save the date for the Howlabration Awards on Tuesday, January 28. The ceremony for Middle School students will be held at 7:45 am, and the High School ceremony will be held at 9:30 am. Both ceremonies will be in the gymnasium. Students will be recognized for their achievements including Straight A Honor Roll and A/B Honor Roll for Semester 1. Invitations will be distributed to students in mid-January after Semester 1 grades have been finalized.

Please note the Pasco County School District policy regarding eSchool, FLVS, and dual enrollment course grades in regard to Honor Roll:

“All grades posted for the semester will be used in the honor roll calculation. Students enrolled in one or more courses through Pasco eSchool, FLVS or dual enrollment may be eligible for honor roll recognition provided that grades are received and entered into myStudent by the time report cards are issued for brick and mortar courses. Students must have at least six (6) grades or a number of grades equivalent to three (3) credits posted for the current semester to be eligible for the semester honor roll designation.”

All Semester 1 eSchool, FLVS, and dual enrollment courses must have been completed by the end of the 1st Semester to be considered for Honor Roll Recognition. To meet this deadline for Pasco eSchool classes for the 1st semester, all coursework and Discussion Based Assessments were due by Friday, December 6th, 2019 and all exams must have been completed by Friday, December 13th, 2019.
