Board Policy Reminders
As we begin the new school year, we would like to remind our Naperville 203 community of important Board of Education policies, which are also part of the student handbook. 7.180 Preventing Bullying, Intimidation, and Harassment; and 7.190 Student Behavior. 2.260 Uniform Grievance Procedure and 2.265 Title IX Sexual Harrassment Grievance Procedure are also in place to support our students. Please take the time to review each policy. Thank you for being a partner in the growth of our students.
Meet Our New Principals
Mrs. Jackie Thornton Shares Her Vision For NCHS
Keith Langosch recently began his tenure as the first principal of Naperville 203’s Connections Transition Services school.
For the past three years, Langosch has worked as the district’s Supervisor of Transition Services. There was not previously a principal position at Connections. The Naperville 203 administrative team made the decision to hire a principal at Connections this spring, and Assistant Superintendent for Student Services Lisa Xagas said Langosch was a perfect fit for the position.
Naperville 203 Families Invited To Upcoming Suicide Prevention Exhibit
An upcoming Send Silence Packing exhibit in Naperville will aim to inspire action around suicide by sending the message that you are not alone, help is available, and we each play a critical role in changing the culture around mental health. The exhibit will be open from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13, at North Central college. All Naperville families are invited to attend this free event.
