Workplace bullying is repeated, health-harming mistreatment of one or more persons (the targets) by one or more perpetrators. It is abusive conduct that is threatening, humiliating, or intimidating

Most times the bully is your boss, and your co-workers just spectate or join in due to fear of being fired.

In other cases, your co-workers are the bullies. This happens either when you get a raise and they didn't, or they're intimidated by how much praise you get for your work ethic.

Bullying in workplaces can lead to many changes, and most times they aren't good changes. It can also affect your work ethic.
