AM DROP OFF procedure reminder

Thank you all for arriving on time for the start of the school day. It is great to see our students arrive before the first bell.

  • We want to remind you that drop off begins at 8AM in front of the school.
  • Please pull into our second entrance and proceed through the staff parking lot as you do for dismissal. This allows for as many cars as possible to leave Cross Road and not hold up traffic. (Careful as our staff are also parking and exiting their cars.)
  • All cars should then snake through the lot and turn right following cars to the front of AMS.
  • Please pull all the way up to the next parked car so we can maximize our space.
  • All students should be dropped off along the curb allowing other cars to exit the line and proceed out the exit.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience.

Lunch Account Update

We are very fortunate to be able to take advantage of the state funded free meal waiver due to Covid-19. This allows students to receive a nutritious and balanced breakfast and lunch at no cost for the 2021-2022 school year. Going forward, students will no longer be able to be able to charge their account into a negative balance. A la carte purchases i.e.: items offered outside of the daily offered menu meal such as beverages, baked chips, whole grain snacks, fat free ice cream, will not be allowed for purchase if the student does not have sufficient funds in their account. Low balance letters and negative balance letters will be sent out weekly as a communication and reminder to keep an eye on lunch account balances and to pay any outstanding balances students may have.
