MCA Weekly Wrap-Up!
Primary & KinderPrep Family News - August 31, 2018
It has been another wonderful week of learning at Maranatha! Students have already been busy doing loud, messy science experiments, digging deep into some great literature, and making leaps and bounds in their community-building. Most of all, they are already getting anchored in God's word in their Bible classes, chapel, and the Christian worldview curriculum they interact with all day long. What a blessing it is to be at MCA, where all of our learning is centered on God's word! I had the opportunity to share with our students in chapel this week, and as always I was so refreshed by our worship together. I encourage you to visit chapel sometime this year!
We have some exciting things coming up in the next few weeks! Make sure you scroll down to see the information about the upcoming Legacy Auction, our Parents in Prayer, and upcoming after-school clubs like Bricks for Kids. Also, on September 10th we will be hosting a special Grandparents' Day Assembly for K-6 students and their "grands" (or any grandparent-type person in your kiddo's life!) from 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm in the gym at the North Campus. Another invite will come out next week, but please get this special day on your calendar!
Do you have any friends who might still be looking for a Christian school for their children? Don't keep Maranatha a secret! We still have openings in everything from preschool to high school, and we'd love to serve even more families by providing them with a Christian education! Enjoy the long weekend with your families!
