2013 brought many changes for HUD Homes. Join us while we review those as well as the most recent changes which included the introduction of the AVM/BPO Valuation Review Program in September 2013, prior to September the list price on HUD Homes was always the FHA "As-Is" Appraised value. With the new program that may no longer be the case. As a result of this program HUD has changed their policies regarding the release of the value found on the FHA appraisal and the ability of the buyer to order a second FHA appraisal and the maximum loan amount in a situation with a contract price higher than the appraisal.

We will also be discussing the new HUD master marketing agreement that will go into effect on March 1st. We will discuss what the transition means and how it will effect you and your buyers.
