This Week in Pre-K
with Ms. Andrea and Ms. Pam
Wow!! What a great week!
We had an exciting week of learning. One of the activities that they enjoyed the most was painting with watercolors. We learned about how we can mix colors together to make new colors. The children had a great time creating their own masterpieces!
Remember this Wednesday is BLUE day. We will all wear something blue and the children will need to bring in one blue item to share with the class (please make sure the item can fit in their backpack).
A couple housekeeping Items
Please make sure that your child's name is on their water cup and snack. We want to make sure everyone get the right cup and snack at the right time. Also, please be sure to send in spoons and forks when needed

Fantasticly Fabulous Fun Filled f Week
What We Learned This Week
We practiced sorting, cutting, and gluing pictures of items that start with the letter F.
Patterns are such fun and this week we worked on color, shape, and AB patterns. Some of our patterns had all three characteristics!
We also worked on learning how to write numbers 1-10 using Play-Doh, tree mats with magnets, and cookie sheets with magnetic numbers. Rolling the Play-Doh was also a great way to work on our fine motor skills.
It has been a wonderful week. Ms. Pam and I look forward to seeing you at the Pre-K Curriculum Meeting on Tuesday. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!
