A Message from the Principal's Desk:
Greetings, members of the Kingsway community! The first marking period has come to an end. We are proud to announce that 420 students made our Renaissance Club; this is a KRMS record number of students. Congratulations to all of those students who demonstrated their Commitment to Excellence! A celebration will be held in their honor on Friday, December 7. Additionally, 320 students had PERFECT attendance for the first marking period. We look forward to a productive second marking period. Please help to encourage your student to get involved in all of the activities Kingsway has to offer. December will see our students take center stage for our chorus concert and our band concert. We hope you had a safe and pleasant Thanksgiving!
Marking Period Grades: All of the first marking period report cards can be accessed through the parent portal on PowerSchool. Click on “Report Card” to access your child’s first marking period report card.
Parent Involvement: A huge thanks to all of the parents who assisted us for Career Day on November 21. We appreciate all of your support. The students benefited greatly from this experience.
Loss of Good Student Standing: Please keep in mind if your student loses his/her “Good Student Standing” due to a disciplinary infraction on three separate occasions throughout the year, he/she will not be permitted to go on the end of the year field trip.
Renaissance Program: Kingsway Regional Middle School’s first Renaissance Club celebration will be held on December 7. Four hundred and twenty card holders will be treated to an outing at Altitude Trampoline Park. Thanks to all of our supporters in the community! Without their support, this program would not be possible for our kids.

Activity Calendar: On the left hand side of the Kingsway home page, you will find a calendar indicating when each of our clubs and activities will be taking place. Ultimate Kickball, Environmental Club, Circle of Friends, and Debate Club have all met over the past few weeks. Please use the following link to check out all of our after school events: http://www.tricountyconferencenj.org/g5-bin/client.cgi?G5genie=347&school_id=12
Save the Date: Please mark your calendar for February 1, 2019. Kingsway Regional Middle School will host its fourth annual Black History Month Celebration entitled, "The African American Experience". At this celebration, our students' talents will be on full display as they pay respect to all of the historical African Americans who have shaped this nation. We will host this event in the morning, and it will be an open house format.
Busing: When possible, we would like to encourage you to please have your child ride the bus to and from school. This will help with the overall congestion and traffic on our campus, Kings Hwy. and 322.
School Play: Congratulations to the cast, crew, and directors of ‘Once Upon a High School'. This year’s production was a success; all worked hard to deliver an outstanding show!
Martell’s Corner: The Kingsway school store will be stationed at the middle school on Friday, December 14. Hats, shirts, sweatshirts, and much more will all be available for students to purchase during lunch. Please send in cash or check with your student. Checks can be made payable to the Kingsway Education Foundation.
