Discussing Vergil's Aeneid

Our Latin Students of all ages are invited to see our fourth year students discussing their readings and translations of Vergil's Aeneid. Age-appropriate drinks will be provided.


Hear about the travels of Aeneas from Ancient Troy to towering Carthage to the battlefields of Latium where he faces the mighty Turnus.

2:30-3:00 Discussion of books I-VI and their impact on the students

3:00-3:30 Discussion of books VII-XII and the students thoughts on Aeneas after reading

3:30-4:00 Recognition of exemplary students and departure
