Room Reservation Process
Room requests for Instructional and Non-Instructional meetings.
Log into Eduphoria through the MyGC portal.
Select Formspace and click submit a new form in the bottom left corner. You will select the form titled “Request a Training Room.”
Completion of the Form Request
After selecting your form type, you will answer all questions and click submit. A submission consists of a workflow process for approval through the C&I department if necessary, and if not, Sharon Jason will review it.
Sharon Jason will enter your room reservation into Eduphoria. And if your room request is unavailable, she will assign the appropriate room to meet your requirements.
Publications and Deletions
All meetings requiring anyone in attendance from campuses will be published on the GCCISD Training calendar (tile located in the MyGC portal.)
Should you have an existing room reservation that needs to be deleted, you must email Sharon Jason with the reservation information immediately so the room can be available for others.
