Causes of The American Revolution

introduction
The American revolution is when the colonists come together and fought for independence. Some social causes of the American revolutions religious freedom, and to get rich. The stamp act which was putting a tax on paper goods, the navigation acts taxed other goods,and the coercive acts stopping trade, all made colonists mad. I think they were justified.
navigation acts
The Navigation acts force the colonies to only trade with England. Under the navigation acts they were force to buy more expensive sugar and that was called the sugar act. The sugar act made them mad.
The proclamation of 1763
The British law prohibiting colonial settlement west of the Appalachians to avoid costly wars with natives.
The Boston tea party
A protest against British taxes on tea in which the sons of liberty dressed like Indians and threw 342 crates of British tea overboard into the harbor.
