Sharing Resources
We want to organize resources you would like to share with others as you are organizing your classrooms. If you have items you would like to get rid of from your classroom, please refrain from sending out whole staff emails. You can place them on the table in the lounge labeled “Give Away”. We will remove items periodically if they have been there a while and not claimed.
Thank you for your understanding! We are wanting to streamline this giving everyone one place to look opposed to filling up your email accounts.
Please make sure you are using the correct listserv when you send out emails. We want to ensure the email is sent to the correct staff members.
HES Staff - Goes to all staff members who work at Hillcrest including cafe, custodians, SAC, etc.
HES Teachers - Goes to all certified teachers within the building including teachers and administration.
Hillcrest - Goes to Beverly, Linda, and Amanda.
HES SAC - Goes to SAC staff.
Please be mindful to use the appropriate listserv so we are only including those who need the information you are sending out. Also, limit reply alls when it is a message sent to all staff members. We all receive a lot of emails throughout the day and this causes inboxes to get full quickly. Please only respond to who needs the information.
PLCs will begin August 21st.

Log into Google Classroom, and you should have an invite to join 2018-2019 Professional Development.
Mandatory Online Training
There will be time allocated within our back to school professional development for the mandatory online trainings. You are welcome to complete them ahead of time if you wish. These are required to be completed prior to the first day of school.
If you complete both of these at home, you are free to leave for the two hours it is allocated within the back to school Professional Development or work in your classrooms during this time.
