Counselor Updates
We as a counseling team have begun our individual/one on one meetings with the students on our caseloads.
If you are a face to face student your counselor will likely be calling you out of class to meet with you to discuss how things are going. They will also be informing you about things you need to know based on your grade level. So, make sure are at school daily!
Virtual students: Each counselor has set up a virtual scheduling system for you to select a time that works for you to zoom with your counselor. Please check your Schoology message boards for the link to schedule your meeting.
As always, feel free to message your counselor if need to talk to them sooner!

Decision Making
Decision making definition: The ability to select between two or more alternatives to reach the best outcome in the shortest time.
Decision Making is applicable to your life daily. Everyday you have to make decisions, whether they are tough or easy. Making good decision will always benefit you in the end, you just have to have the ability to choose which way to go.
- Define the problem, challenge, or opportunity.
- Generate an array of possible solutions or responses.
- Evaluate the costs and benefits, or pros and cons, associated with each option.
- Select a solution or response.
- Implement the option chosen.
- Assess the impact of the decision and modify the course of action as needed.
