Digital footprints always follow you. You can have a positive or negative digital footprint. You can have a positive footprint by respecting others online and putting positive posts, pictures,tweets, ext. You can have a negative digital footprint by cyber bullying ,posting inappropriate pictures or post and other things like that.
Always follow the Grandma Rule. The Grandma Rule is when you don't post anything that you wouldn't want your grandma to see,or anything she wouldn't be proud of.Digital footprints can also affect your future. It can ruin the chance of going to a good college, or even losing your job. Be smart online and don't use it as a source to hurt others.
Easy Bib
Easy Bib is a website for work citing. Work citing is when you have information or images for a report, essay, or project that you find online, and then you put the links of the website that you got them from. Easy Bib is very simple. All you have to do is copy and paste your URLS, or links, into the box and press enter. Then when you are done putting all of them in, press done and your work cited is already formated for you.
Passwords
When setting up an account make sure to have a strong password. To do this , don't put something that can easily be guessed . To have a strong password, use different symbols, capitalize and lowercase some letters, have spaces, and make it long. Most strong password have at least 21 characters. Also don't use the same password for everything. Because if someone hacked one of your profiles and tries to hack into your e-mail, you would have more than one online account hacked.

A hacker is a computer user who attempts to steal unauthorized access to a computer. A hacker has a less chance of hacking an account with a stronger password
Virus
A virus is a code planted illegally in computer program often to damage or shutdown a system or network .
Worms
Worms exploit security software to multiple machines. To prevent this get and update anti-virus software regularly!
