Epic!
With thousands of books available now and more titles added each week, Epic! has been called the “Netflix of kids books” – it’s an unlimited library your kids can take anywhere! The Epic! library contains everything from picture books to chapter books, early readers, comic books, graphic novels, non-fiction titles, educational books and junior novels. They have also expanded to offer an extensive variety of videos from educational partners like Flocabulary, Bazillion, SciKids, National Geographic, and many more. These are short videos that offer the PERFECT hook for your upcoming lessons or a great alternative way to deliver content to your students. Another thing I LOVE about Epic! Books is the ability to add free student accounts. Once you add students individually or import them from a Google Classroom roster to your Epic! classroom, you can assign certain reading assignments or videos to your students. You can quickly make an assignment with a click of a button to the whole class, but I also love the fact that I can easily differentiate by assigning a certain book to a student based on ability level. This is definitely a tech tool you are going to want to check out!
Epic! is a paid subscription...but not for educators. It's FREE!!!
