Humane Society Mega March
Volunteering at the Humane Society Mega March in Kensington Park. The march itself is a 2 mile walk from Maple Beech to Possums Hollow and back. There is a shorter route available for those who can not do the full course. Water for 2 and 4-leggers will be provided throughout the course. All leashed pets are welcome.
Event registration begins at 9:00 AM and the event concludes at 12:00pm. Alpha Phi Omega will be meeting at the Starbucks in the Student Center before the event to carpool, and will be carpooling back.
This event is open to anyone who enjoys service. You do not need to be a current member of Alpha Phi Omega to participate. We love to meet new service minded people.

Pink Service Project - Perler Meltable Bead Toys for Kids
To go along with the cards we made on 9/30, we are making some fun 8-bit inspired perler bead (those beads that fuse when ironed) toys for hospitalized children (UofM Mott's).
Stop by, get your retro fix and bring a little cheer to the heart of a little kid stuck in a hospital.

This is an open event. Any EMU student, their friends, families, neighbors, or that nice barista they met at Bigby can come and lend a hand. Please RSVP to let us know how many to expect.

Trick'O Treat Park Paddle
The Trick or Treat Paddle is a wonderfully unique version of trick or treating in which the participants dress up in their Halloween best and literally row their way down the water in Gallup Park while the wonderful volunteers (YOU FINE FOLK) use fishing poles to pass out candy and treats. We dress up in the provided costumes and have a blast.
Open to all EMU Students and their friends. We love meeting new service minded people and if you think this type of event is your kind of thing please send us a message and sign up!
