Google Desktop Notifications
Google Drive now allows users to receive desktop notifications when someone has shared files or folders with you. Some might find this feature too intrusive, but if you find yourself using Google Drive several times a day, here's a quick post and video about how to use the new feature.
District 64 21st Century Learning Showcase on May 23
On May 23 at 6 pm--just before the board of education meeting at Emerson Middle School--the District will host its first 21st Century Learning Showcase. If you have students' work or projects that highlight the 4 C's--communication, collaboration, creativity, or critical thinking--please contact your principal about participating in this opportunity to showcase your students' learning.
