Good Evening Bishop Woods Families. This is Ms. Crisci with some updates:
Science Fair
Students had a great week! The students participated in the annual Science Fair and I am pleased to announce the students who received an award:
- Honorable Mention, Ms. Laughlin’s class Mohlis Samer, Sarai Mirabel
- 3rd place, Ms. Garceau’s class Noah Pitter & Brayana Harris
- 2nd Place. Ms. DePalma/Ms Roberts class: Ceonne Sharpe, Jalee Pmentel, Barbara Zeas
- 1st Place, 7th grade Jefferson Arriaga, Esmatullah Musakhel
- Honorable Mention, 7th grade Dylan Moreno Galicia & Justin Jenkins
- Honorable Mention, 8th grade Audry Galarza, Melany Yunga
- 3rd place, 8th grade Jocelynn Sanabria, Paola Alvarez Padilla
McEducator Night
We also had a fantastic McEducator Night at McDonalds. The Manager told us Bishop Woods had the largest turnout of all McEducator Nights! With that said, Bishop Woods Rocks! I want to thank all the parents, guardians, caregivers, students, friends and Bishop Woods staff for making this event a true success.
Dress Code
I want to thank all parents and students for adhering to the non-negotiable dress code.
- No Ripped pants of any kind, no patches, leggings, etc
- No Belly Shirts, short shorts or short skirts
- No Pajamas
- No hoodies, do-rags, or skull masks
Reminder- Belly shirts are not allowed. Students who choose to wear them, will be offered a tee-shirt, if the student refuses, parents will be called to bring in a shirt.
We have been discussing changing our uniforms and we would like your input and opinion. Below is a Google Form with a couple of questions.

05//26-Outdoor Day- all students will be participating in outdoor learning and activities, students should wear sunscreen and bring water bottles.)
05/27- Pie a Teacher- Our 6th annual Pie A Teacher event, enter a ticket to pie your favorite or your not so favorite teacher. Each $1 ticket gives you a chance to be one of two students to pie a teacher. Special offer 7 tickets for $5. Tickets can be purchased from Ms. Sirico after announcements. Tickets available from Monday May 22nd - Friday May 27th Below is the link to the flyer

Very Important date - On Tues May 31st, all Chromebooks, chargers and cases are due back to school. Students will continue to use during class.
