Home of the Rockets
Eastridge Elementary School April 24, 2020
Greetings Eastridge Families,
This is Mrs. Johnson, proud principal of Eastridge Elementary.
I am reaching out because I've been thinking about you and our students as we navigate the challenges of this global disaster. I really miss our time togther as a school family and wanted to let you know a few things going on in Warren Township. First, we are evaluating our technology needs and how to better serve our families and students. Since iPads and Chromebooks require a WiFi connection, we are interested to know whether our students have access to WiFi at home. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey which can also be found on our social media sites throughout the district.
I am also thrilled to share that Registration for Kindergarten and Preschool in Warren Township begins on Monday, May 4th. There will be a live webinar on May 4th at 7 pm. Principals and teachers will present information about Kindergarten and Preschool programs in Warren, demonstrate information about how to register online, and conduct a live question & answer session with audience members. Children must be age 5 on or before September 1 to register for Kindergarten and age 3 on or before September 1 to register for Preschool. This information can also be found on our social media sites throughout the district.
Now more than ever, please reach out to me with any questions or suggestions. I would love hear from you!
Have a great weekend and be safe!

From your School Counselor, Mr. Stephen Phillips
Hi there Eastridge families!
I hope you are getting outside and soaking up this gorgeous sunshine! Included in this week's counseling update is a video that explains how to access Mr. Phillips's SeeSaw account. SeeSaw is a program that allows me to send items to students in all classrooms. When I do my lessons in classrooms, I often have a technology component to it which I put on SeeSaw. The video tells you how to get on the website (either on chromebook or iPad) the website is app.seesaw.me, then watch the video and follow the steps! If you have any questions, please email me and I will be more than happy to help!
