Principal Update
Thought this meme was appropriate for the week we have all been having--except it is missing the ice!!
Hope you all made it through the storm , you did not have ice damage to your trees and home ,and you were able to keep your
electricity on.
This was such a short week with little updates for you. However, last week we were able to hear Mr. Belcourt's and Ms. Kleinstiver's class give their monologues they had written to several fourth grade classes. The fictional book Esperanza, which the students had all read, was the backdrop for these monologues that centered around the novel's theme about human rights challenges in the book that could also be tied in with these kinds of challenges in the real world today. The fifth graders did a wonderful job!!
Next week we look forward to Wax Museum presentations by our fourth graders.
Enjoy the weekend.
Kind Regards,
Kathy Sheiko
Principal
