President's Welcome - Dr. Davis welcomed everyone to the meeting.

Community Input - The following topics were addressed during the first community input:
- Board Operating Guideline (BOG) 006 Meetings
- Fair Funding Joint Resolution
- Masking
- Quarantine Protocol
- Health and Safety Plan
Minutes - The following minutes were included in the agenda:
- The Board approved the minutes from the January 31, 2022 Legislative meeting.
- The January 2022 committee meeting minutes were affirmed.
Education Committee/Curriculum/Technology/Student Services Recommendations -
The Board reviewed and approved the following:
- Enrollment Report
- One (1) Homebound Instruction agreement and two (2) Educational agreements
Finance Committee Recommendations - The Board approved the following:
- Routine matters - The Board approved the Treasurer's Report, the list of bill payments, budgetary transfers, and the obsolete list.
- Other matters - The Board approved two (2) change orders for Skepton Construction, a licensing agreement with Crown Castle for Wide Area Network (WAN), access point refresh for the elementary schools, and the purchase of Averboards and short-throw projectors.
- Additionally, the Board approved the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit's (MCIU) Membership Services budget for the 2022-2023 fiscal year.
Personnel Report/Recommendations - The Board approved/affirmed the following:
- Personnel Report inclusive of appointments, resignations, retirements, leaves of absence, changes of status, mentor appointments, and extracurriculars.
- The Board approved an Interim Special Education Supervisor.
Policy Committee Recommendations -
The Board approved the second reading of the following policies:
- Meetings (BOG 006)
- Computing Grade Point Average (214)
- Computing Grade Point Average - SRMS (214.2) (second reading repeal)
- Graduation Requirements (217)
The Board affirmed first reading of the following policies:
- Threat Assessment (236.1) (NEW)
- Implementing Equitable Practices (827) (repeated first reading)
Other Recommendations - The Board approved a Fair Funding Joint Resolution of the Board of School Directors, the Upper Dublin Education Association, and the Upper Dublin Educational Support Personnel Association. Additionally, the Board approved the update to the District's Health and Safety Plan.
Liaison Committee Reports - The Board reviewed the following informational reports:

- EASTERN Center for Arts & Technology - Art Levinowitz
- Equity and Empowerment Steering Committee - Jennifer Iannitti
- Educational Advisory Committee - Titia Scherpbier

- Township - Michael Henderson and Mark Sirota
- Upper Dublin Education Foundation - Jeffrey Wallack
Solicitor's Report - Mr. Diasio reported that the Board met in Executive Session on February 28, 2022 from 6:00 PM to just before 7:00 PM to discuss the personnel report and adoption and renewal of employment contracts with administrators.
Community Input - The following topics were addressed during the second community input:
- Baseball fields
- Health and Safety Plan and voting on the Health and Safety Plan
- COVID-19 mitigation
- District General Liability policy
- Quarantining
- ESSER funds
Comments from the Board and/or Superintendent - The following topics were addressed:
- Dr. Yanni responded to comments regarding the Health and Safety Plan, ESSER funds, and Montgomery County Office of Public Health (MCOPH) quarantine guidelines.
