Mr. Posick's Friday email
April 4, 2014
I'm really sorry, but I need to talk about the weather again. April weather can be very unpredictable. This week is a perfect example. It was nearly 60 degrees on Monday and today it barely made it above 30 degrees. I was wondering if you could help us all out. We go outside for recess whenever possible and proper attire is really important. We didn't need a coat on Monday, but we sure did today. Please check to make sure that your child has proper outerwear for the day. I really appreciate your assistance.
Pack'er Up Donation Challenge
I was contacted by Goodwill this week about a donation challenge involving Donald Driver. The school with the greatest number of donations will win a visit from Donald Driver himself! If you are willing and able to help out, that would be great. Please visit this website if you are interested in donating.

Yearbook orders due TODAY
Today was the deadline for ordering yearbooks. There was no online ordering this year so all orders needed to be turned into the office. The cost is $14. If you are still interested in ordering a yearbook, please let me know.
Two weeks to Spring Break
Spring Break is only two weeks away. With the upcoming break, we know that families may take their Spring Break at other times or extend their Spring Break. As per school board policy 4001.5, most assignments will be given to your child when he/she returns to school. If you want your child to keep up on their school work while on vacation, please check Skyward as assignments are posted regularly.
