News from KF
We finally made it past 100 days of school!!!! This weather has definitely made lesson planning difficult to say the least. Plans are looking good for next week though. We are going to wrap up our insect unit discussing bees and move into some Valentine's Day literature and activities.
Speaking of Valentine's Day... We will make our own bags in the classroom. I am sending home a list of students today in your child's folder. Please send in Valentines on Friday. We will deliver them that morning. If you have an extra, we do have a high school helper, Ms. Libby.
Don't forget we will be singing the National Anthem at next Tuesday's high school boys basketball game. The kids and Mr. Scott have been practicing and they are ready! T-shirts should be back by that day. Please wear the shirt that night.
Writing Workshop- We are wrapping up our unit and getting ready to publish a story next week. We will celebrate by sharing them with our pre-k friends.
Revolving Door Literacy and Math Night- Due to the snow days and the many events next week, we have postponed it until the 20th at 6:30. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
