NEW Course for 2013 at Langside Hall, Shawlands!

Starts Tuesday 26th February at 7.30pm.

This is a 4-week course designed for anyone who has never done Pilates before or who is just getting back into exercise after injury, illness or pregnancy. It is suitable for both men and women and the class size will be kept small to ensure individual attention.

In just 4 short weeks you will:

• learn the principles of Pilates and basic Pilates moves
• discover and develop core muscle strength
• improve your flexibility and posture


£35 for 4 weeks (includes weekly handouts so you can continue your training at home between sessions) or £10 drop-in fee.

Venue: Mid-hall, Langside Hall, Shawlands

You will need to wear clothes you can stretch in and bring a mat (although there are a few spares) and a small towel for use as a headrest. Don't worry about fancy trainers because we do Pilates in our socks!
