School and District Update
Hooch Community,
I want to thank you for the patience and flexibility that all of you have shown during this exceptional time! More importantly, I thank you for your TRUST and CONFIDENCE in our teachers and staff to continue to provide learning experiences virtually to support students to be successful.
If you were unable to tune into the called school board meeting yesterday, checkout the district's Remote Learning Guidance document for additional information.
To dispel some rumors of a "working" Spring Break, Chattahoochee staff should NOT be working or providing any assignments to be completed during next week's break!!
Thank you again for your support!
Dr. Mike Todd
Principal
Ms. Dilworth's dog loves Digital Learning!
Ms. Lichliter meets with the counselors.
Ms. Wile meets with her TAG interns.
AP Exams
The College Board announced that they are making a significant change to this year’s AP exam where they will enable a system that students can take a shortened version of the exam from home. This version will not include multiple choice questions but will implement a type of free response question(s) for most courses other than AP Studio Art, AP Capstone courses and AP Computer Science Principles which have extended deadlines for performance submissions and we will have internal deadlines determined by our subject teachers. Our excellent Chattahoochee AP teachers will provide more specifics to their respective students as more details become available regarding each course and as we support our students through this process. As usual, we encourage all of our AP students to take the exam with the opportunity to earn valuable college credit.
College Board will officially release more information regarding exam dates and other specifics this Friday, April 3rd at approximately noon.

Additionally, College Board has provided resources where students can get online lessons and reviews for each course in addition to what is provided by their teachers.

We will provide more information and guidance when we return from Spring Break. Thank you for your patience as we wait on more information from College Board.
