Richard Mann Elementary PBIS Staff Member of the Week
Congratulations to Jackie Pedulla for being our PBIS staff winner! We are so grateful to have a school psychologist in our building, and in her short time of being here, she has been a tremendous support to both students and staff.
Make-Up and Remote Student Picture Day
November 17 is make-up picture day for Elementary students. Elementary school remote students will get their photos taken on the 17 from 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm. The order form can be found here.
Save The Date: No School Friday, December 11
Be sure to mark your calendars that there will be no school for our Pre-K through 5th Grade students on Friday, December 11 due to Parent Teacher Conferences. Teachers will be reaching out directly to schedule conference times. Stay tuned!
Middle School Virtual Parent Forum Added for Thursday, November 19
Join Gananda Middle School Principal, Eliott Butt, for a discussion about the school year so far. The virtual meeting will be November 19th at 6:30pm. There will also be a Q&A session for parents to ask questions they have pertaining to this year at Gananda Middle School. Pre-registration is required to participate. #DoGoodFromHome
NJHS is promoting a #DoGoodFromHome challenge which was introduced to all MS students during the PBIS presentations last week. The basic premise is students participate in simple kind/positive acts and for each one posted to social media w/the hashtag #DoGoodFromHome, Hasbro will donate a toy or game to organizations providing care to the children of essential workers. Our MS students can either post their #DoGoodFromHome acts directly to their own social media, or send them to Mrs. Mereness through Schoology.
