STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT
Virtual Winter Concert
Fernwood’s band combined with Alder’s band to create our virtual Winter Concert this year. While the students prepared their parts primarily via Google Meet, we were fortunate to have two in-person rehearsals with each band, the 6th Grade Band, and the 7th & 8th Grade Band. The following videos are the result of their hard work!
Gold Pod New Year's Resolution Project
I shared with you all Gold Pod's New Year's Resolution Project!
Each Gold Pod section had their own Google Slide Presentation.
Students worked in each class completing different activities that combined together to make one giant vision board with goals and resolutions for 2021!
English: Students wrote their resolutions for the 2021
Science: Students made positive quotes out of the elements on the Periodic Table.
Math: Students made a list of 2,021 goals for the year 2021 on a spreadsheet.
Social Studies: Students made an acrostic poem using their name and all their positive attributes.
