Just sit down and talk. Make sure its someone you trust. It can help you get a different perspective on things or you can get good advice. Talking to someone is one of's top 5 ways of coping with stress.


You can get a different perspective of things and see things from a different angle which can be helpful because you might get a solution to your problem.


This is for more serious stress (potholes) or when you have been down for a while.
