Your body loses water through breathing, sweating and digestion so it is important to keep hydrated.

YOU SHOULD DRINK AT LEAST 2 LITERS OF WATER A DAY

Watermelon, apples, celery, fish, meat, poultry, cucumbers, tomatoes, strawberries, and carrots are all foods that contain water.
