Guided Meditation Workshop

Free admission - for Adults 18+

Meditation has both mental and physiological benefits and has been proven to help reduce pain, lessen stress, and aid relaxation. Participants may bring a yoga mat if they wish.

Come learn and experience the many benefits of guided meditation during this one hour workshop with Reiki Master Wanda Davis.

"Get" Your Gadget - Buying Decisions

'Tis the season for gift giving and shopping confusion: do you give them a laptop, eReader, or a tablet? Which one is best? Which devices are compatible with library eBooks and eAudiobooks?

We can help! St. Thomas Public Library is having a free presentation to help with buying decisions when it comes to gadgets and devices. After the presentation, stick around to have your questions answered or help with devices. (If you need help with a device, please bring all necessary cables and attachments.) No registration required.

Nintendo DS Games

The library now loans Nintendo DS games in addition to games for the Wii, Xbox 360, and Playstation 3. (Located in the Children's & Teens' Department.)

Look at the library's complete video game collection:

Games are Rated E for Everyone or E10+ for Everyone aged 10 and older. One game per account, 7 day loan, $1.00 per day late fine, no renewals.
