News and Information for CMS Families

June 3, 2022

Principal Message

I can't believe it's over already. What an incredible year we had! It was wonderful having all students back in the building and being a little closer to normal life. Thank you families for a great year and we can't wait to see you August 15, 2022.

Summer Learning

Just because school is out doesn't mean that learning has to stop! :)

Each student was sent home with our summer reading book "Wink" by Rob Harrell and a workbook to practice reading, writing and math skills. Recognition will be given to students who completed the workbook and we will discuss the book as a school in August.

If you are an incoming 6th grade family your 5th grade teacher should have provided you with these items before you left.

Field Day

Our 6th and 7th Grade students had a blast at field day with indoor and outdoor activities they rotated through. Thanks to our staff who help make this an awesome day!
