Student Lunches Served during Summer

Student lunch service will continue this summer.


Student lunches (with breakfast for the next day) are available.


Where: Shady Cove School - office parking lot

When: Monday - Friday

Time: 11:30am - 12:00pm


If students will not be present at pick up and a representative is picking up lunches, a Meals Authorization form must be completed and submitted. This form is available at the location and time listed above.

Did you purchase a yearbook? They are here and ready for pick up during office hours listed in the calendar. We also have extras if you would like to purchase one. Cost is $10 and can be paid by cash or check in the office or by credit card online through ParentVue.

iPads over the Summer

Great news - Scholars will keep their iPads over Summer Break!


Teachers have given families some ideas and apps on how to use this amazing device to help students continue their learning.


What do I do if our family decides to move over the summer?

If students move during the summer they will return iPads to the District Office located at 11 N. Royal Ave, Eagle Point. 541-830-1200.


What if I don't want my child to have the device over the summer?

If parents are not wanting to have iPads over the summer or if they know they are moving, then they can bring them to the office on:


Monday, June 1st from 5-7

Tuesday, June 2nd from 9-12

Thursday, June 4th from 11-1

Friday, June 5th from 10-2


What happens if my child breaks it over the summer?

If you bought insurance for this year it covers the cost of damage or loss as long as it meets the accident guidelines. If you wish to buy insurance now then the device would also be covered. If you have not bought insurance then your family would be responsible. (If you need to buy insurance that can be done online or in the office. Insurance coverage does not start until the device has been inspected by SCS office or technology staff.)

TDAP IMMUNIZATION REQUIRED FOR ALL 7TH GRADE STUDENTS

Is your scholar going into 7th grade? All 7th grade students are required to have their Tdap booster. If your 7th grader has not, please schedule it before school resumes in September. Proof of immunization is required and can be emailed, faxed or brought in to the office.
