January 12-16
Remember - No School Next Monday, January 19th!
News This Week
We are in full swing after a chilly week back. Remember to label your child's first and last name in their coats so if they are lost, we can find them again! I allow students to wear jackets, sweatshirts, sweaters, etc in class but they have to put up the super poofy coats. We just don't have enough room! Our room has (luckily) been nice and warm.
I will be sending home iStation and STAR reports this week. Look for growth! I was impressed with our readers! Students will get new AR goals for this quarter. Many have already been taking tests and are very excited about their progress.
Please return report card envelopes. You can keep all of the information inside. Test folders will go home Wednesday this week. I will be out Tuesday to attend a family funeral. The substitute will be Mrs. Hopkins, who taught in this very room for 20 years!
