CUDOS
CUDOS to everyone who gave up their room/area for collaboratives, and CUDOS to everyone who chose to attend! I know it's never easy to give up that after school time, but I know good things have come out of some of those meetings!
COMPLETIONS
CAUTIONS
1) Be sure you help create an appropriate testing environment for our testers in whatever way you can help. If you are testing, be sure your classroom environment is quiet, without movement (students raise hands, they do not get up), using offices to segregate, etc, until ALL TESTERS ARE FINISHED> If you are NOT a tester, please help by keeping the hallways quiet and clear.
2) Smile at, encourage and high five our testers. Help build their confidence by encouraging them when you see them in the halls.
3) There will be no specials on Tuesday. If you are a non-tester, pop into a PK, kinder or 1st grade classroom and let the teacher go to the bathroom!!! They are stuck with their kids on these days, and that's not easy!!
4) Remember that classroom walls AND hallways have to be clear of academic content. If you're unsure of something, take it down or cover it up. We'll be by on Monday afternoon to check your walls.
5) If you've read this AND YOU ARE THINKING POSITIVE THOUGHTS for our TESTERS, you may wear jeans on Tuesday and Wednesday to support them!!
