Private School Tax Deduction for Educational Expenses

I have attached tax bulletin pertaining to a tax deduction for unreimbursed educational expenses for students attending private schools. If you had out of pocket expenses as indicated in the bulletin, you may want to include this while filing your taxes. If you need documentation for tuition, you may pull up and print your charges and payments for tuition off of your Sycamore account. The school codes for Holy Family, Precious Blood, and Holy Trinity Catholic School have been included on the top of the bulletin for your reference. Please note that we are only providing information for you to take to your accountant. We are not responsible for your taxes. Thank you!

From the FISH FRY Committee

  • Thank you to all who have turned in drink and fish fry ticket money! For those who haven't, please turn it in by tomorrow, Feb 4th (since we are off school Friday!).
  • A worker list for the fish fries is included in the purple folder today.
  • There are still a few opportunities to volunteer for a shift for the first fish fry. If you are able to help, please contact Phil Clauss at pjclauss1975@gmail.com. The committee will continue to reach out to families in the next few weeks for the second fry.

Thank you for supporting our students and school through these fish fries! By volunteering, you are helping to make the event run smoothly, and by purchasing or selling your tickets, you are helping to create a fun evening of fellowship for all, not to mention helping to ensure that we meet our goal!
