Question: What is your favorite middle school / childhood memory?
Answer: "My favorite childhood memory would be learning how to play basketball from my step-father. We were always outside running around and playing basketball or watching UConn play! This also relates to my favorite middle school memory, where I was one of only a few girls to make the middle school basketball team. I will never forget how happy I was to make that team with the 8th graders. It goes to show that practice, hard work, and dedication really pays off! I like to talk to our students about working hard, practicing, and dedicating yourself to something can show the world how resilient you are!"
