Body Mass Index (BMI)
Body mass index is you weight in kilograms divided by your height in meters squared. If your BMI is between 18-24.9 your in a healthy range, if your BMI is between 25-29.9 then you are overweight, and if your BMI 30-39.9 then you are obese, if your BMI is 40 or greater then you are morbidly obese. A BMI is not an accurate reading for children or athletes. Why not Athletes? Well because they work very hard and a lot of their weight would consist of muscle.
