Keep Austin Beautiful Virtual Summer Programming
Generation Zero Waste
The program engages K-12 students in fun, interactive activities which raise awareness about recycling, composting, and conservation while giving students simple solutions for reducing their waste.
This summer we are offering our diversion dash lesson virtually where a Keep Austin Beautiful educator will join your group(s) virtually for about 30 minutes (timing is flexible based on what works best for you) to lead an interactive lesson where students learn how to properly sort commonly used household items between the recycling, and the trash can. In this lesson students will virtually “dash” to sort the items in between the trash and recycling bin!
If someone would like to register for our Generation Zero Waste, they can email Jacqueline or fill out our online registration form (linked below).
