Exhibition Night In Review

Exhibition night was an outstanding success. A great turnout from friends, family, and community members fueled a great night for all students. This year every teacher in the building was showcasing some very unique and interesting projects. The night kicked off on the first floor where students from the engineering, agriculture, physical education, CPAVTS, and many more showed off projects. This included a human defense showcase and life guarding techniques.

On the second floor, projects from the business classes, career internships, math, and others were shown. This included what it was like to be a intern nurse at UPMC in Carlisle to geometrical projects that were turned into games.

The third floor consisted of language arts, science, and history showcases. Projects on this floor included an African museum made of completely recycled products and a student lead Socratic seminar.

The night concluded with a community dinner and the annual winter choral and band concert. We want to thank all the students for putting together projects for this night but also thank the parents and community members for coming out to see them.

Scrooge Of Rock

This year’s fall play was entitled “Scrooge Of Rock.” The group of performers took the classic “A Christmas Carol” and made it modernized. In a new twist, Mr. Feeser allowed the students to help write the play. There were many jokes or actions that were written in by the actors or actresses who were involved in that scene. Sam Keen, the lead in the play, said "It was a great opportunity to be apart of a student lead show."
