Message from Principal Kuhnert
Stilwell Parents,
Students in grades 7-8 will take the annual Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress (ISASP) tests between Monday, April 24 and Friday, May 5, 2023.
ISASP Information
To have the best testing experience, it is important to get a good night’s sleep and eat a balanced breakfast in the morning.
Grade 7 students take Reading, Math, Language, and Writing tests.
Grade 8 students take Reading, Math, Language, Writing, and Science tests.
Students must bring their fully charged Chromebook and headphones on testing dates.
Students should also bring a non-electronic independent activity like a free reading book in case they complete an assessment before time is up.
Students will be testing in either Tiger Time locations, or designated locations based on support needs.
A modified schedule for this week will be shared closer to the testing dates. If you have questions about ISASP test content or results, please set up a time to speak with your student’s teacher.

The Stilwell Yearbook needs your photos of school activities throughout the year. We are looking for photos of Archery, Basketball, Cross Country, Football, Track, Volleyball, Wrestling, Dances, Musical, Choir, Band, Orchestra, Art, Card, I Care, Mock Trial, Model UN, Quest Around Coranth, Science Bowl and the Student Council. Stilwell Dramatizers - Spring Cabaret
Stilwell Dramatizers Spring Cabaret is today and Friday at Rex Mathes at 6:00. Doors will open at 5:30 and the show is free! Come support your peers as they perform Improv scenes, reader's theater, choral reading, acting scenes and musical theater!
