Health

To ensure that I have the very best health everyday, I will eat healthy, get more exercise, get a full 8 hours of sleep at night, and wash my hands often. Also I will have a healthy mind because my body will react to what is in my mind. To ensure that I have the best mental health I will manage stress, anxiety, and anger in a positive way. I will also don't expect things to happen when I'm around people who are sick and believe I deserve to be happy.

Pain

I have suffered pain in the past. I expect pain in my future, but I will react to that pain by thinking of that experience as a positive thing. I will take it as a learning experience. What is will gain from pain is that it will tell me what to do and what not to do. It will tell me to make a change or see things differently. I will learn from pain and no longer experience that pain to be a happier person.

Environment

I want to go to college and become a doctor. To do this I'm going to surround myself with good people who bring the best out in me and make me want to go forward with education. Also I want to surround myself with people who I can be myself with.
