What does a workshop session look like?

We will meet online using Google Meet*

The first session will give you an overview of the workshop. After introductions, you will be introduced to specific journal techniques and given an opportunity to try each of them out. Next, members of our group will be invited to volunteer and briefly share what they wrote. We will learn 18 journaling techniques over a period of six weeks.

*Google Meet is an online, video-conference-calling platform, linking remote participants together for real-time interaction, speaking and sharing video with each other at once.
