From Technology Department
The Technology Department would like to invite you and your staff to an interactive board demonstration day. We will host several vendors in the TN room that offer unique solutions for classroom interactive technologies. Please join us on November 9, 2018 at the ASC anytime from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. We want to gather as much input regarding the devices that will used in the new Science & Technology Center as well as throughout the district. Each vendor will present their product and we will have an evaluation rubric available to score each solution. It should take about hour to score all the vendors.
Thank you for considering being a part of the evaluation process!

Assessment Blueprints for 2018-19
Audience: Directors of Schools, Principals, EducatorsContact: TNED.Assessment@tn.gov
The 2018-19 assessment blueprints for social studies, ELA, and math are now available. The blueprints can be found on the department website (here). As a reminder, science will not be operational in 2018-19 due to the transition to new science standards. More information about the design of the science field test will be communicated later this fall.
Additionally, as a reminder, grades 3-5 social studies will take a pause for the 2018-19 school year, so there are no blueprints for grades 3-5 social studies.
