how the Space Needle came to be
The Space Needle was built by Howard S. Wright. It was brought in the 1962 Worlds fair. It appears to be 605 feet high and 138 feet wide and weighs 9,555 tons. it still stands with winds up to 200 mph and earthquakes up to 9.1 magnitude. there's about 2.3 million visitors each year that come to the Seattle Space Needle.
