A Hands-On and Networking Event
Our day is open to any educator who is interested in or currently teaching Maker or STEAM-centered learning. We will be discussing Maker and STEAM best practices as we explore all the coolest gizmos, gadgets, and tools the LISD has to offer for checkout!
Objectives:
Introduce the Lenawee ISD/REMC 19W Classroom Makers support team to local teachers of STEM/ STEAM, EdTech, science, PLTW and other maker-related content areas.
Build a local network of teachers in STEAM-related areas to support and collaborate with each other through modeling, demonstrating and sharing of goals and ideas.
Create local supports for sharing of curriculum and resources among common groups.

- This is a FREE Event!
- Up to $100 will be reimbursed to each school district in Lenawee County to cover the cost of substitutes.
- Lunch will be on your own.
