In the News...

When my children began school full-time they’d willingly bundle up with sweatshirts and coats each chilly morning. After the first chilly week I noticed that I had less laundry to do. I was curious about this, but did nothing. The next week, the same thing happened. It occurred to me to check at school in the cafeteria- where the after-school program met- a program my children attended. I was surprised to find many articles of clothing belonging to… my children! After that day I checked the bin every Friday and without fail there was always at least one piece of clothing that went home with me. My laundry basket began filling up again.

So parents, you may be surprised to find out we too have a large LOST AND FOUND box in the school cafeteria. Please check it regularly, whether your child is in the after-school program or not. Also, please write your child’s name on the inside tags of his/her clothing- this would allow us to match the clothes with their owners.

CLOTHES WILL BE OUT ON THE BACK TABLE IN THE APR DURING OUR WINTER CONCERT ON DECEMBER 22nd at 2pm. CHECK IT OUT.
