Reading's Quarantine Learning Framework

This document is intended as a proactive measure to help teachers, parents and students better understand what to expect if we are confronted with a whole-class or whole-school quarantine.

PLEASE NOTE: WE FOLLOW THE EARLY-OUT SCHEDULE JANUARY 27 & JANUARY 28!

Please take note we will follow the early-out schedule on Wednesday, January 27 and Thursday, January 28. Because we didn't do this for October conference week and have remote learning days on Fridays this year, the early-out schedule may be new and confusing to some.

  • All 1st-6th graders will be excused at 1:25pm (no staggered exit those two days).
  • Kindergarten sessions are scheduled for two hours. Morning students come at 8:50am and are excused at 10:50am. Afternoon students come at 11:25pm and stay until 1:25pm, when they are excused with the older students.
