New Books On the Shelf
Loved by P.C. and Kristin Cast is the first of the new series House of Night Other World. It's Zoey's 18th birthmas and the Nerd Herd has been scattered across the country busily adulting for a year. Stark calls them all back to Tulsa to surprise Z. Then strange, dark signs begin appearing. Not willing to chance disaster striking again, Zoey calls on her newly reunited friends to circle with her to add layer of protection over Neferet's grotto jail. But remember, nothing at the House of Night is ever as it seems. This book will be shelved in Teen Sci-Fan.
What to Say Next by Julie Buxbaum is a charming story about two struggling teens who find an unexpected connection just when they need it the most. When Kit Lowell, a relatively popular teen, meets socially isolated David Drucker, their friendship is sparked. Everyone is surprised, including Kit and David. Kit appreciates David's blunt honesty, and David loves Kit's inquisitive nature. But when the truth is discovered, will their new friendship survive? This book will be shelved in Teen General.
