Dear Families,

Almost another year in the books! A heart felt thank you to each of you for partnering in your child(ren)'s education. We are thankful for your participation in our parent events, attendance at our parent teacher conferences, music concerts and reading our school newsletters. If you're looking for more ways to get involved we would love to see you volunteer at our school!

I would like to take this opportunity to remember to "Thank a Teacher" for the amazing year of growth they have had a huge hand in assisting in your child to aspire to greatness. We hope that each student at Sunset has had the experience to geniunely feel that they belong and have not only made friends but know a trusted adult. We truly could not wrap our arms around each and every student without all of our caring adults at Sunset.

Finally, a special thank you to Sunset's very own assistant principal, Ms. Larsen. She has the honor of serving as principal at Lidgerwood Elementary in Spokane next school year. We wish her a wonderful first year at her new school and a huge thank you to her service in our community.

Have a wonderful summer and we look forward to seeing you all in August. Don't forget Sunset will once again have breakfast and lunch service throughout the summer.
