The skeletal system is made up of 206 bones that hold up your body, if you didn't have any bones you would be a blob of jelly like tissue. The bones help you make a frame to shape your body and how it would look like.

Your spine has 26 bones connected all together, this is called vertebrae. The spine is the most important part of the skeletal system because if you break it you wouldn't be able to move around probably.
